Short version: we only use your details to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your data and we do not run tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site.
What We Collect
- Information you submit through the contact form: name, address, town, postcode, phone, email, message, and whether you have WhatsApp.
- Standard server access logs kept briefly by our hosting provider for security.
How We Use It
- To reply to your enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To arrange a site visit or electrician safety check if you ask for one.
- We do not share your details with third parties for marketing.
How Long We Keep It
- Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Access logs follow our hosting provider's standard retention.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@sandwichsolar.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
Email Delivery
Contact form messages are delivered through Resend, an email delivery provider. Your message contents pass through their service for the purpose of reaching our inbox. See Resend's own privacy notice for details.
